For this kind of ad hoc help, Obix uses a system of prepaid ticket strips. There are ticket strips of 10, 20, 50 and 100 tickes per strip. Each ticket entitles you to 15 minutes of support. The more tickets, the lower the price per ticket If you purchase hosting+maintenance and a ticket strip at the same time, you will receive two extra tickets for free.
A ticket strip has a term of one year. After the expiry date, unused strips can no longer be claimed.
